Ezio Auditore: After the death of his family, Ezio trained with a secret order of assassins to become one of the deadliest men of his age. With his training complete, and the mystical Apple of Eden in hand, there are few who can escape him.
The Prince: There are many who have taken this title, and they have had just as many adventures. But there is one thing that connects them; and that is the Dagger of Time. This mystical blade makes killing the Prince quite hard, and has been an essential tool on his many quests.
So who will it be? When the mighty assassin tries to take down the time manipulating prince, who will survive? The Italian, or the Persian? The Apple of Eden, or the Dagger of Time? Stealth or Full Frontal Assault? Only You Can Decide...

The prince wins himself and the Dark Prince can control and activate the amulet so even if Ezio Kills the Prince time will still reverse because of the Dark Prince and the prince is a skilled thief as well which mean he is stealthier and faster than Ezio (in ancient Persia thieves got their hands cut off or they were put to death if they got caught) meaning before the fight even starts the Prince has robbed Ezio blind and Stolen Ezio's valuables and the Apple as well
