Warcraft Alliance vs. Forces of Chaos

Description

For those of you who have been with me for a while, you may remember back in late July when I said there was going to be a new Tournament similar to Planetary Conquest but with Fantasy Factions; and that the opening match to that was the Warcraft Alliance taking on the Skaven. Well, as it turns out there's been a slight change... which brings us to this picture here today!

The Alliance of Warcraft: Proud and noble, courageous and wise, these races work together to preserve order in Azeroth. The Alliance is driven by honor and tradition. Its rulers are champions of justice, hope, knowledge, and faith. The The Alliance is composed of the Humans of Stormwind, Dwarves (all three tribes, the Dark Iron, the Wildhammer and Bronzebeards plus Frost Dwarves), Gnomes, Night Elves(both regular and Highborne), High Elven Remnants, Darlaan, Draenai, Draenai "broken tribes", a few Fulborg tribes, Worgen, Jinyu, Pandaren, and all the critters that the Night Elves have allied with. In a time when chaos and uncertainty reign, the Alliance remains steadfast in its determination to bring light to the darkest corners of the world.

Forces of Chaos: A corruptive, mutating, malevolent force that seeps into the world and seeks to bring ruin and destruction upon all races. The nature of Chaos is evil, it mirrors the selfish and misguided doings and wills of the intelligent beings in the real world. The servants of Chaos are as varied as Chaos itself. There are cruel Chaos Dwarves and terrifying Beastmen, Hobgoblin slaves, Daemons that come in all shapes and sizes, and Warriors of Chaos. Each of these seeks to bring the world into never ending anarchy and misery. Whether this is done with the blade of an axe or by poisoning the hearts of the pure makes no difference. And all the while the Chaos Gods Tzeentch, Nurgle, Khorne and Slaanesh watch on, plotting the downfall of man and taking joy in their suffering.

Now these two armies, each the embodiment of what the other despises will go to war with each other. Will the varied forces of the Alliance shine the light of justice upon these demonic evildoers and cleanse the land of their malice? Or will the Forces of Chaos rot the Alliance to its foundations and wash away their peace in a tidal wave of blood and despair? Magic and monsters on both sides will be brought to bare, and soldiers will march to their deaths by the Thousands to secure victory. In the end though, only one force can survive! Who will it be? I have no idea, I just know one thing...

Soon the war will begin. What side will you stand with?

*I have been asked to inform you that the battle will begin in a faction neutral area, with both sides having equal starting numbers at first, with variable reinforcement rates.

(Disclaimer: Just to be clear, these two combatants were created / are owned by people far more creative / wealthier then me. I have made this, not for profit, but in the hopes of encouraging spirited discussion among fans. Please support the combatants official series. Thank you, that is all).

I can imagine a scenario where any fantasy faction, that is not atheist, would be able to side with Chaos on SOME TERMS... different terms for every faction, but it is just obvious... You get proof of afterlife, guarantee of afterlife, you WILL be brought back to life as superpowered monster in case your faction needs you specifically after you die and you will just get an army of neverending monsters on your command...

If you don't pick Khorne... add unending magic source to that... I mean... Look at the legions! Before they were exiled and went mad from being alone in the void, they were completely content with the things Chaos gave them... I mean... It's not like ending up in Slaanesh's castle for eternity is that bad, nor is it bad to eternally talk to grandpa nurgle forever... If you like different kind of action, you can pick Khorne and live in unending war in his lands...

I would not recommend Tzeench... that is the only Chaos god that does not give you an afterlife, different than MAYBE becoming one of his monsters...
