Silurians vs. Salarians

You know, I've been doing this for a while now, and yet I have absolutely no lizard jokes for this particular situation.

Silurians: Once ruling the earth long before humans, these lizard-like humanoids possess technology that far surpasses man. When the meteor that wiped out the dinosaurs came, they fled underground or into the stars, knowing one day they would return to reclaim their empire.

Salarians: With hyperfast minds that work far quicker then any other species, the Salarians are skilled in the ways of intelligence, espionage, and science; and they have served the Citadel Alliance well. Favoring preemptive strikes over open war, it was the Salarians that devised the infamous Krogan Genophage.

Now reptile and amphibian shall strike at each other in a battle like no other. Will the Silurians be the next victim of the hyper-intelligent Salarians? Or will the Citadel's brightest minds learn to fear the race that conquered the world long before man first set foot there? In the end, the battle will be strange, but ultimately only one can triumph. So tell me...
