Raven vs. Ghost Rider

Idea is mine, though based on the Tournament of Mortals.

(Just because the image if from the Teen Titans Cartoon, Raven does have access to all of her comic powers and abilities)

Raven: Magical expert of the Teen Titans, Raven is calm individual who must control her emotions to reign in her powers. Over the years, despite being the daughter of a terrible demon, Raven has made herself into a true hero.

Ghost Rider: The Spirit of Vengeance, the Rider shall ride wherever innocent blood is shed. Combating devils and demons the Rider's fire is God's wrath given form. Should your heart be wicked, there is no where you can run.

Now these two will face each other in the ring. Raven has faced many challenges over the years, but can she take on Spirit of Vengeance? And while the Rider has faced mystical enemies before, will he be able to stand up to Trigon's daughter? Only time will tell as both sides prepare for a hellish magical brawl. Who will win, the Titan or the Rider? It's a battle of DC and Marvel, as we continue the search to find...

Finally, in a classic 'To the Victor Goes the Spoils', after you pick a winner, pick something for them to take from the loser. It may be something as simple as a piece of equipment, to something as complex as a power. I'm just curious what you all would say.
