Jackie Estacado vs. Batman

Idea is mine, though based on the Tournament of Mortals.

A battle of two warriors of the night

Jackie Estacado: The head of a mob family, Jackie's soul is mired in sin. He is the host for the Darkness; a primordial evil as old as time itself. With it, few can oppose his criminal empire. As long as he and and the Darkness are one, Estacado is nothing short of a god... so long as the lights are out.

Batman: Considered by some the Deus Ex Machina of the comic book world, Batman is none the less one of the most recognizable figures in Fictional History. While possessing no powers of his own, he often needs nothing more then his incredible mind and arsenal of gadgets to get the job done.

Now these two will face each other in the arena. Jackie is used to being the deadliest thing in the dark, but can he take on the Dark Knight? And Batman has faced many powerful opponents, but can he defeat the Avatar of Darkness? Only time will tell, as both sides unleash all they've got, in order to become...

THE DEADLIEST MORTAL!

Finally, in a classic 'To the Victor Goes the Spoils', after you pick a winner, pick something for them to take from the loser. It may be something as simple as a piece of equipment, to something as complex as a power. I'm just curious what you all would say.
