In every series there is a character that far outranks the others in terms of power and skill. And when these characters fight, you know that shit just got real.
Captain Yamamoto: The oldest Soul Reaper in Bleach, the Captain of Squad One has ruled over the other squads and captains for centuries, and only engages in combat when the need is truly dire. When he unleashes his fire, the flames burn hot enough to reduce a person's soul to ashes.
Lord Death: The Grim Reaper himself, Death is a god class entity, who watches over the world to protect it from evil for eons. From his tower at the DWMA, he trains the young to follow in his footsteps. For him to fight, the world must truly be in peril. But when he does, he fights with the power of death itself, and can level cities blocks in a single blow.
So who will it be? When these two mighty titans battle for the sake of their worlds, who will come out on top? The Captain of the Shinigami or the Grim Reaper? Burning Zanpakuto or Death Scythes? Soul Society or Death City? Only You Can Decide...

Yamamoto is alive. What lives can and will die. Shinigami escort dead souls to the afterlife. Lord Death is the personification of death, the end of life. Death can not die as long as something is alive, or even exists. Maybe when time dies, not before.
